Outdoor space The home has its own private fenced patio with grill, table and seating. Guests also have access to the large fenced backyard shared by all four Quadplex units. Inside the home The stocked kitchen supports real meals and longer stays. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum of two vehicles. Contact us before booking if you expect to bring a third vehicle. Only guests and dogs included on the reservation may stay at the property unless approved in advance. Approval is required for more than one dog, dogs under two years old, or dogs over 60 pounds. Dogs must be housebroken, well behaved, and supervised when outside. Owners must pick up all waste, address barking promptly, and keep dogs off beds and furniture. Exterior security cameras are present in shared outdoor areas for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the property.
